SPF

In order to authorise Infusionsoft to send emails on your behalf for your custom domain you will have to include them in your SPF record

The entry that needs to be added to your SPF record (if you already have one) is:

include:infusionmail.com

DKIM

Infusionsoft take the responsibility for creating the key and signing your emails with DKIM on your behalf. This is done by creating a CNAME record in your DNS that points to Infusionsoft for the DKIM signing.

To create the CNAME record you will have to go to:
Marketing > Settings > Email Authorization
Click the Add a Domain button

Once you have added a domain for which you would like to use DKIM , Infusionsoft will show you the CNAME record entry that you will have to create in your DNS.

When you have added the CNAME record and waited long enough for the information to propagate across the Internet (typically the TTL for your record) you will have to go back and verify the CNAME record in Infusionsoft.
