Once you sign up to Agile CRM you will have to add an email address and verify it in order to allow Agile CRM to send emails on your behalf.
In order to authorize Agile CRM to send emails on your behalf and increase your email deliverability you will have to configure both SPF and DKIM records in your DNS. The SPF and DKIM records will be provided to you inside of Agile CRM once you add your domain and click on “Get Settings”.
TXT records are provided by default as shown below but you can click on the "Get CNAME RECORDS" button and CNAME records will be provided to you instead.
SPF
We can see that the SPF record mechanism used by Agile CRM is:
include:sendgrid.net
DKIM
To enable DKIM we can see that we have to create a DNS TXT record with the name/host of m1._domainkey and a value as shown under the Data field in the screenshot above.
Once you have created the SPF and DKIM records in your DNS, you will have to click on the “Verify” button above.
Create a free OnDMARC account to test your configuration.
