We have introduced a feature called “Domain Tags” that enables customers to tag/label their domains with specific information that separates one domain from another. Once tagged, domains can be filtered by those tags as we will show below.

This feature is most useful to customers who manage multiple domains with OnDMARC.

Domain Tags can be found and are created under the Settings menu. An example of some already created tags is shown below.

The tags: Active, Parked, Priority 1, Priority 2 and Priority 3 are default tags. However, they can be deleted and/or modified. A description can be entered for each tag.

You can create new tags by clicking on the button “Create a new tag” shown in the screenshot above.

You can use the "Multi Filter" option above to filter the tags by Name or Description

Once your tags have been created under Settings you can go ahead and start tagging your existing domains by going to the Control Panel and for each domain select that tags that you wish to use. An example is shown below.

To tag a domain you can start typing the tag or alternatively select it from the drop-down menu.  You can also create tags from the Control Panel by typing anything under Tags and pressing enter. Once created the tag will exist under Settings as well.
The Control Panel also has a "Multi Filter" option that you can use to filter your domains by: DMARC, SPF, DKIM, Domain and Tags.
