SPF

To authorize Jive to send emails on your behalf you will have to include it in your SPF record. The SPF record mechanisms used by Jive are shown below depending on your region.

For US Customers

ip4:204.93.64.116 ip4:204.93.64.117 ip4:192.250.208.112 ip4:192.250.208.113 include:sendgrid.net

For EU Customers

ip4:204.93.80.116 ip4:204.93.80.117 ip4:204.93.95.57 include:sendgrid.net
