Increase the deliverability of your Volusion emails by correctly configuring SPF and DKIM. After configuration test your results.

SPF

To allow Volusion to send emails on your behalf, you will have to add them to your SPF record. The SPF mechanisms used by Volusion are shown below.

  • If your email is hosted on Volusion:

include:emailsrvr.com a:smtp5.volusion.com

  • If your email is not hosted on Volusion:

include:[email host server] a:smtp5.volusion.com

You should replace the "[email host server]" with the information provided by your email host.
