SPF

To allow InTouch CRM to send emails on your behalf, you will have to add them to your SPF record. You can do this by contacting InTouch support.

DKIM

To configure DKIM with InTouch CRM, you need to add two new CNAME records (replace yourdomain.com with your own domain):

key1._domainkey.yourdomain.com CNAME key1.yourcrm.co.uk

key2._domainkey.yourdomain.com CNAME key2.yourcrm.co.uk

You then need to contact InTouch CRM via support ticket so that they can activate DKIM.
