SPF

To authorise Cornerstone OnDemand | CSOD to send emails on your behalf of your domain, add their mechanisms to your SPF record.

CSOD SPF information can be found below, depending on the region you are in. You can check the region by looking at the CSOD IP/hostname in the DMARC reports.

DKIM

To configure DKIM for CSOD and generate the correct DKIM selector to add to your DNS, contact your CSOD Account Manager.
