To configure SPF and DKIM with Totango to align for a DMARC pass you will have to white label your campaigns. Steps can be found at the link below.

To authorise Totango to send emails on your behalf of your domain, add SendGrid's include to your SPF record. This is: include:sendgrid.net

As part of the white labeling process you will be presented with a DKIM record titled: m1._domainkey.qwer Add this to your DNS with the provided text as the value.
