Stripe is our payment services provider that allows our customers to set up monthly or annual subscriptions to OnDMARC.
In order to facilitate the renewal process for these subscriptions, Stripe will send you the following notifications:
For annual subscriptions: 30-days before your payment date, you will receive a notification email from Stripe
Expiring cards: 30-days before your card on file is due to expire, you will receive a notification email from Stripe with a link to update your payment details
Failed payments: If your payment fails, Stripe will retry four times in a two-week period. If unsuccessful after this, your subscription will be canceled. You can re-subscribe by choosing a plan in the billing section of your account
