This could happen for a few reasons; the most common being that after you set DMARC to reporting, you have not sent any emails to a DMARC reporting receiver. You can always send an email to a Gmail or Yahoo address and you should see a report the next day.

It could also be caused by you entering an incorrect DMARC record into your DNS records. Please check you DMARC record again and if you are still having trouble please contact us.
