Increase the deliverability of your Formdesk emails by correctly configuring SPF and DKIM. After configuration test your results.
SPF
To allow Formdesk to send emails on your behalf, you will have to add them to your SPF record. The SPF mechanism used by Formdesk is shown below.

DKIM
You can configure DKIM support through your Formdesk email domain authentication settings.
Type: CNAME
Name: formdesk._domainkey.yoursite.com
Value: dkim.formdesk.com
TTL: Standard
Selector: formdesk
