SPF

In order to authorise Zoho to send emails on your behalf you will have to add them in your SPF record. The SPF record mechanism that you will need to add will depend on the Zoho application that you are using.

include:zcsend.net - For Zoho Campaign
or
include:spf.zoho.eu - For Zoho Mail
or
include:zoho.com

Please contact your Zoho representative for the correct SPF record mechanism that you need to create in your DNS.

Once you have created the SPF record correctly you will have to validate it from within your Zoho account.

DKIM

Zoho supports DKIM signing and sign the emails on your domain/s behalf when configured. From your account in Zoho you will have to carry out the following steps in order to start signing your emails with DKIM.

  1. From within your Zoho account you will have to generate the DKIM key pair and provide the selector name for the key.

  2. Once you generate the public key you will have to copy this information in your DNS as a TXT record. This process may vary between DNS providers.

  3. Once the record has been published you will have to verify it and then enable DKIM signing to start signing your emails.

For more information on how to create the DKIM key and enable signing for your domain/s with Zoho please click on the button below.
